  • 15.05.2006 MicroMovie Media develops and realizes an innovative new form of mobile marketing for adidas:
    During Worldcup 2006 adidas organizes a spectactular marketing project in Berlin: the "adidas world of football". Located in the heart of the city, just in front of the Reichstag, a copy of the Berlin Olympic Stadium is rebuild. The surrounding area will be transformed into a fascinating sports park where football fans can meet, play, relax unad watch all worldcup games. Here, MicroMovie will bring a new form of branded mobile video entertainment to the fans: they will appear as main actors in adidas spots and receive these movies right onto their mobile phones.

  • 16.03.2005 Message Videos by MicroMovie Media go live on t-online.de:
    Our series of "Message Videos" featuring the world's smallest film star "MicroMovie Man" is now live on www.t-online.de, one of germanys largest internet portals. The videos are so compact that they can be sent via MMS to any video-capable mobile phone (non-3G and 3G phones). The clips are intended for funny, event based messaging to friends and colleagues. Different every-day situations can be communicated now with moving pictures instead of pure text. Once purchased they can either be sent right to another person or be stored on the own mobile phone for later use via MMS. MicroMovie Media concentrates on formats like this made specifically and exclusively for mobile phones.
  • 12.02.2005 First Mobile Movie Award by O2 goes to our team member Niels Rumpf:
    O2 awarded 10,000.- Euro to the winning team of the first Mobile Movie Award. The movie is called 'The Robber an his Wife' and shows a man who takes the big TV-tower from Berlin Alexanderplatz and plants it out of the city in his garden where his wife takes care for it by watering it. It is a funny and original combination of real video and video composition which was made specifically for viewing on mobile handsets. This was a major criterium for selecting the movie as the winner. The ceremony took place in the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and was hosted by German star Anke Engelke, who chatted with guests like Matthias Platzek and others.
